This year’s release of SPECTRA Property Management Software features a radically different home page that mirrors Microsoft Outlook 2007. The navigation changes include the same style of buttons across all data for quicker learning and enhanced productivity.
“SPECTRA has significantly improved our relationships with current and potential owners, “ saysJason Larsen of P.J. Livingston Co. in Fremont, CA. “Along with improved tenant retention and leasing abilities, our employees are extremely satisfied because it allows them to move forward with business and not waste time on trivial tasks.”
Michael Berkowitz of Steel Equities in Bethpage, N.Y., says SPECTRA is intuitive and its interface is friendly. “We are able to manage all aspects of real estate management in one complete package. The user has the ability to access a particular piece of information through several different menus. We would highly recommend this software to anyone who wants to easily access information, reduce paperwork and produce flexible reports.”
“We now have all the information for our tenants, suppliers and general ledger in one central, easily accessible database,” says Debbie Gray of Trezevant Realty Corporation in Germantown, TN. “We have been able to eliminate separate lists for tenants, insurance and suppliers.”
Patterned after Microsoft functionality this product shines in its familiar look and feel. The accounting and management integration is well-planned and saves significant time in busy management firms.
