Privacy Policy. Domin-8 Enterprise Solutions, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, "Domin-8" or "we") operates Domin-8.com and affiliated websites (collectively, the "Website") in order to provide information about its products as well as services to its members. This Privacy Policy serves as the agreement between Domin-8 and visitors to or users of the Website (collectively, "you" or "Users"), and governs our use of your personal information that we collect from you. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you how Domin-8 may use that information, whether we disclose it to anyone, and the choices you have regarding your information.

Visitor Tracking. Domin-8 places great importance on maintaining and protecting your private information. If you supply us with your e-mail address, you may receive periodic messages from Domin-8 regarding our products and services, such as maintenance updates to programs you have purchased, though you may opt out of receiving future mailings pursuant to the opt-out process set forth below.

If you supply us with your postal address, you may receive periodic mailings from us with information on new products and services or upcoming events. If you do not wish to receive such mailings, please let us know by opting out pursuant to the opt-out process below. If you supply us with your telephone numbers, you may receive telephone contact from us with information regarding new products and services or upcoming events. If you do not wish to receive such telephone calls, please let us know by opting out pursuant to the opt-out process below.

Opt-Out Procedure. Domin-8 provides you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us and our vendors. We will endeavor to remove you from our contact lists as soon as reasonably possible, which may take up to ten (10) business days. In some instances, the products or services you purchase from us may require that we continue to contact you or provide you with messages (such as maintenance updates); however, after you opt out, we will endeavor to no longer contact you with solicitations.

Site Security Measures. Domin-8 will take reasonable security precautions to keep your personal information confidential, other than as set forth in this Privacy Policy or otherwise in an agreement between us and you, such as the Terms and Conditions of Use. Domin-8 will comply with applicable laws regarding the storage of such personal information.

Payment Information. Some Users will make payments to us through the Website, such as for product purchases or maintenance services, via credit card or other approved electronic payment method. Using a credit card will require additional information from Users, such as a billing address, a credit card number and a credit card expiration date. Other payment methods may require certain tracking information. In order to provide better security, Domin-8 will not store your credit card information for future purchases.

Domin-8 will share your personal information as required by law or in order to support investigations, prevent or take action regarding illegal activities, in response to violations of Domin-8's Terms and Conditions of Use, and for other reasons in Domin-8's reasonable discretion.
