Tenant Pro 7 - CAM & Utility Billing
Tenant Pro's CAM Add-On allows property managers to allocate a single utility charge to multiple tenants of a property based on their square footage or other pre-determined percentages. Electricity bills, water bills, trash collection fees or any charge that is assessed to a property with multiple tenants can be quickly and easily allocated to each tenant as appropriate. If you charge utility bills based upon each tenants' actual meter reading, the CAM Add-On allows you to easily bill the tenant by simply creating and assigning the rate basis to the property as appropriate, then typing in the meter reading each month which calculates the amount due for that tenant. All CAM charges or utility bills show on the Tenant Statement with a separate line item for each charge.
