As the data exports to QuickBooks, it will create customer Sales Receipts for each transaction. The data will be sorted in QuickBooks classes by property or owner based on your choices. Security Deposits will be deposited into a liability account in QuickBooks, tenant income will be deposited to income accounts of your choice in QuickBooks. |
