With Tenant Pro 7, we’re a big fan of wizards to make your daily processes as quick and easy as possible! Within a single window, both the Move-In and Move-Out Wizards guide you step-by-step to enter the information necessary to complete each process with Tenant Pro doing all the calculating in the background to ensure data is accurate.

  • The Move-In Wizard will walk you through the process of moving a tenant into an existing unit for a quick and easy move-in process. The wizard automatically displays a list of all vacant units. (You can also move a tenant into an occupied unit too.) Your daily task just became much faster!

  • The Move-Out Wizard makes the move-out process easy too! The wizard will show all unapplied charges or payments that are still open on the lease and the deposit balance.
