Customizable Fields
Tenant Pro 7 makes it easy to track additional tenant information specific to your business. The Tenant Notes tab stores virtually any tenant information that you specify. The time and date stamps make it easy to validate. The customizable field feature also applies to owners, vendors, units and properties.
Track Conversations, Correspondence and E-mails
All Word documents and e-mails that you send to your tenants will be automatically logged here. A short description makes it easy to identify each notification.
We have a very large commercial portfolio including retail, office and light industrial properties. 350,000 square feet and over 200 tenants made it increasingly difficult to manage without a software program and generate our own reports. Tenant Pro 7 was the first one we tried, and we didn’t see any reason to look any further. It was great to be able to pull all the information together in one central database, to keep it organized, and up-to-the minute accurate.
