Implementation Support

Data Conversion and Data Entry for New Clients

Complete and initial data entry services are available for a nominal per-unit fee. Domin-8 provides clients who wish to complete the data entry themselves with detailed worksheets and instructions.

System Analysis and Needs Assessment

System analysis and needs assessment services are available prior to or in conjunction with your software implementation.


Training

Periodically, we offer special regional training courses and seminars throughout the U.S. and at our Vienna, VA location. Regional trainings and “Road Show” seminars are conducted to assist users who need to learn about HUD programs such as TRACS and how our software can be utilized as a compliance tool. Our Certified Technician training provides experienced users a higher level of knowledge of our application.

On-site training is available for:

  • i-CAM
  • ACCUCert

Online/Hourly Training

We also offer remote online training to provide convenient access to our expert customer service professionals.

Technical Support

Our annual support plan ensures that you receive all application updates, regulatory information updates and unlimited support via phone and email.

Telephone and email support is available on an hourly basis or through annual subscription and is available in both English and Spanish.

User Forum

iCAM provides a forum for current CAM II, i-CAM and ACCUCert users to discuss user-related issues. In order for you to access the user forum, you must register for a web account and have a current technical support agreement with us.
