In order to get our customers up and running in the shortest possible time, Spectra has created a multifaceted and easy to follow Implementation Program including:

  • Plan For Success Instruction Manual
    This manual provides a step by step guide to setup and implementation of your Spectra Property Management Software. You can then contact a support analyst for a review of your work to ensure your setup is done properly.
  • Financial Statement Design Assistance (with G/L purchase) 

We know how important your financial statements are; so we include 4 hours of financial statement design assistance to get you up and running quickly. Any additional statements can be designed by you in the report writer.

Once you're up and running, our support doesn't stop there. We're with you for the long term.  Spectra's ongoing support program is called "Medallion Service" and offers many benefits to ensure your new software, and your business, continue to run smoothly.  Plus, Spectra's support analysts are comprised of property managers and property management accountants who have used Spectra in the field.

Medallion Service helps you:

How it Works

Your first year of Medallion Service is provided FREE with the purchase and implementation of Spectra Property Management Software. Following the first year of operation, you can become an annual subscriber of Medallion Service.

  • Unlimited email support from our support team
  • Receipt of at least one free software upgrade each year which includes new programs, new reports and software enhancements (available only through Medallion Service) and extended software warranty
  • Access to electronic-based support and online frequently asked questions
  • Access to online user group demonstrations
  • Ability to participate in defining changes and requesting enhancements to SPECTRA through the Request for Software Services program (RFSS)

Training

Spectra offers dedicated-on-site training to ensure you are implementing and using Spectra to its fullest capabilities.

How It Works
  • Dedicated training can be scheduled at any time during your Spectra implementation.
  • One of our qualified trainers will get a first-hand understanding of how you run your business and the current challenges you face.
  • Using your data, one of our qualified trainers will guide you through Spectra and demonstrate how you can use it to maximize your productivity.

Suggested training time varies depending on which modules you invest in and the number of staff that will be using the software.
