Training

Basic Online Training  (FREE)

We’ve created a series of videos that will help you set-up your Tenant Pro software with your data and set-up monthly processes.

Setup Essentials  covers the set up of your Data File, Management Company, Owners, Properties, Units, Tenants and Vendors. You will see step-by-step instructions on how to set up each of these items.

Monthly Processes  helps you fully utilize the comprehensive functionality that Tenant Pro offers.

Customer Success Package

We used valuable feedback from customers to design our most complete training program ever offered. The Customer Success Package represents approximately 3 hours of in-depth yet easy to follow instruction to help you achieve the highest levels of proficiency in the use of Tenant Pro - in the shortest amount of time. 

Tenant Pro Workshops 

Tenant Pro Educational Workshops are conducted in a classroom setting, led by independent consultants to aide you in the set up and operation of Tenant Pro.

When you purchase a Support Plan, you have access to the following:

  • User Manuals
    Download the latest information or use your Help files in the Tenant Pro software.
  • Telephone
    Our state-of-the-art call center is staffed by highly trained product specialists. A live representative will be available to assist you Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 6:00pm EST.
  • E-mail
    Technical support plan members can submit questions to our Technical Support staff via e-mail.
  • Knowledge Base 
    Search our free online database of support articles and FAQs.  The topics address the most frequently asked questions among users.

Annual Plan Description Price

Support packages are required for all customers and will include 20 cases in the standard cost. Additional cases can be purchased for $50 each. Any unused cases at the end of the subscription term will be forfeited. No refunds for unused cases will be provided for customers that cancel their subscription.

1 – 250 Units $300/year
251-500 Units $750/year
500+ Units $1,000/year
